CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, or other approved digital payment methods. Cheques (if accepted) should be made payable to LPO Holidays FZ-LLC

All payments must comply with applicable UAE financial regulations. Guests must ensure they receive and verify a duly completed booking form, statement of account, and official payment receipt.

*In certain cases, if air tickets are booked or issued on special or non-refundable fares, airline cancellation charges over and above the charges mentioned above shall be borne by the Guest.


A) Guest Cancels the Tour (Personal Reasons)

If a Guest decides to cancel the tour, they must notify LPO Holidays FZ-LLC immediately via email at info@lpoholidaysdubai.com from their registered email address.

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the table above and will be calculated on the Net Tour Price.
  • Charges may vary depending on the tour, destination, or service providers.
  • LPO Holidays FZ-LLC is not obligated to provide a detailed breakup of cancellation charges.
  • Any eligible refund will be processed within 6–8 weeks (subject to supplier timelines in the UAE and internationally).
  • Once cancelled, a booking cannot be reinstated. Any rebooking will be treated as a new booking.

B) Single Guest Sharing a Room Cancels

  • Single Guests are advised to opt for tours with guaranteed room sharing.
  • If traveling alone, single occupancy charges will apply.
  • If a room partner is assigned later, excess payment will be refunded within 10 working days after tour completion.
  • If a room-sharing partner cancels, no refund will be applicable.

C) LPO Holidays FZ-LLC Cancels the Tour

LPO Holidays FZ-LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour in accordance with UAE travel regulations.

  • The amount paid will be refunded within 6–8 weeks.
  • No interest will be paid.
  • LPO Holidays FZ-LLC is not responsible for any independently incurred expenses (e.g., visa fees, flights booked separately).
  • Guests may opt for an alternative tour subject to price difference adjustment.

D) Force Majeure (UAE & International Conditions)

Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure events such as:

  • Government restrictions in the UAE or destination country
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Political unrest

In such cases:

  • No refund (partial or full) shall be applicable.
  • Guests must select the next available departure.
  • Rescheduling is subject to airline, hotel, and supplier approval.
  • Supplier processing timelines may extend up to 45 days or more.
  • Any price difference will be adjusted toward future travel. No cash refund applies.

E) Rescheduling Due to Operational or Regulatory Factors

Tours may be rescheduled due to:

  • Airline schedule changes
  • UAE aviation or travel authority regulations
  • Major international events
  • No refund will be applicable.
  • Guests must comply with revised schedules.
  • Additional costs (if any) must be borne by the Guest.

F) Visa Rejection – Deemed Cancellation

  • Visa rejection will be treated as a deemed cancellation.
  • The rejection date will be considered the cancellation date.
  • UAE visa processing and approvals are at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate.
  • Reapplication is allowed with additional visa fees.
  • If rejected again, cancellation charges will apply based on the second rejection date.
  • If no visa decision is received, it will be treated as deemed cancellation.

Group Bookings:
If one member’s visa is rejected and the group cancels, cancellation charges apply to all members.

Guests are responsible for verifying visa documentation. LPO Holidays FZ-LLC is not liable for immigration denial.


G) Non-Payment – Deemed Cancellation

Failure to complete payment as per the agreed schedule may result in automatic cancellation without notice and forfeiture of paid amounts.


H) Right of Admission & Termination

LPO Holidays FZ-LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse bookings without explanation
  • Terminate a Guest’s participation due to misconduct or violation of UAE laws

No refund will be applicable. Return travel will be at the Guest’s expense.


I) No-Show (Day 1)

Failure to join on Day 1 will be treated as a no-show.
No refund will be applicable.


J) Discontinuation During Tour

If a Guest leaves the tour early:

  • No refund will be provided
  • Additional arrangements will be at the Guest’s expense

K) Travel Insurance

  • Basic travel insurance is included for Guests up to 59 years (where applicable).
  • Not included for customized, inbound, or MICE tours.
  • Claims are subject to insurer approval and UAE insurance regulations.
  • Incidents must be reported within 24 hours.
  • LPO Holidays FZ-LLC is not responsible for privately purchased insurance claims.

Refund Policy

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of LPO Holidays FZ-LLC and subject to supplier policies.

Important Refund Information:

  • Refunds will be processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) or original payment currency, as applicable
  • Refunds will be made via original payment method or bank transfer
  • Refunds are interest-free
  • Processing time: 30–45 working days (depending on suppliers)
  • No refund for unused or non-refundable services

Company Rights

LPO Holidays FZ-LLC reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline bookings
  • Cancel bookings and issue applicable refunds
  • Remove Guests for misconduct
  • Withdraw offers or discounts without prior notice
  • Modify airline routing or itineraries due to operational requirements or UAE regulations
